It’s been a busy 2023, and last week was a focal point in our efforts to elect candidates who share our values of service to others and creating opportunities for working families.
Our talk and text programs aided the successful campaign of Chicago Mayor-Elect Brandon Johnson, a proud Black teachers union organizer, after being outspent two-to-one by the opposition. We also worked alongside the winning campaigns of Lamont Robinson (4th Ward), Desmond Yancey (5th), Nicole Lee (11th), Kay Gallo (Hinesdale 86 School Board), Ronnie Mosley (21st Ward), and Leni Manaa-Hoppenworth (48th), the first Filipina elected to Chicago City Council.
The Sexton Group was founded over 25 years ago, and has been headquartered in Chicago for 18 years with offices in North Carolina, Indiana and Arizona. We are proud of the work thus far in 2023 and look forward to building opportunities for future election cycles.
